Life presents us with a wide range of possibilities. Life offers a great joy and happiness. Life teaches many lessons of life and brings its challenges. There's probably nothing here you do not already know. But what about those days when everything you do can go wrong. Those days, when things go just a little off to the left of center to the point of annoying and beat out of you.
We hope that these types ofDays are very few and far between, but the reality is that we are dealing with a day like this again and again. What are some major obstacles in life and how they have the ability to influence others?
Rather than trying to cover every possible scenario and situation that could cause these days of frustration, and then grow and worse, we're just going to focus on four areas:
Four areas that can slow down as a unit, and four areasthat have the ability to flow from one to another in a reduction of the dynamics of significant proportions to create.
These four obstacles in life are:
fear or
Or Worry
O Anger
O Doubt
First let's look at each individually and then how to lead one to the other.
1. Fear
Most of the time fear is because we believe that we suffer through, in one way or another what the futurelead
Fear can sometimes be actually produced, and at other times, the perception. But the bottom line is, we know how we feel when we are afraid.
But how can we overcome this fear?
Face your fears and overcome these fears. Sounds good in theory but is much more difficult in practice. However, the concept is probably not far from the truth.
A word of caution: If you are to face your fears, take your time and do it slowly and methodically.
2.Worry
Life can somehow take care of us for many different things. Some of us great concern and some of us have the ability to not get too worried about everything.
But what makes us make the most worrying? Well, we all know that there are a million answers to this question, but share this with you: our fear, or what created the fear, we can also worrying.
So the cycle back on track is an obstacle to the next. Anxiety can begin ourWorry.
3. Anger
Not sure, but I can about some things that do not affect each other would be angry, while getting on the other hand, not things that I know that others are doing to go into tirades uncontrollable anger.
Very many things that can cause anger as the situations, thoughts, people, failure and frustration.
But sometimes trouble is generated as a defense mechanism: a mechanism for allegedly trying to help when we sometimes fear of other emotions,such as anxiety and concern.
So now our cycle has three phases to it:
Fear causes anxiety, concern and worry can cause anger
4. Doubt
Life continues to roll, and can be produced when there are many reasons why the item could be questioned.
or doubt about our ability to succeed
or doubt about our ability to do the job
or doubt about our ability to the levels that we strive to achieve
or doubt about what the futureholds
O no doubt that this is a great partner / parents / friends
Once again, I doubt (no doubt) is different than your doubts. And our friends would be certainly different. So questions can be many different reasons that are not necessarily generated right or wrong. But what if our doubts generated by our fear, concern and anger?
What happens then? Now, what happens is that we continue to live another negative element in our series of obstacles.thesis of individual emotions, life can slow down our progress. But we begin to see them together and have the ability, life and apply the brakes hard.
My message through all of this is to ensure that you are your worst enemy in this. Make sure not producing and perpetuating a cycle of emotions that your eyes more obstacles in life and become stronger.
