I have come to learn over the years that there is something more suited to being physically fit.
"Physical Fitness" is just the tip of the iceberg. What we need is the "arena of life." The best way I can describe this would be to be a state in which all the questions that our lives are well coordinated and smoothly together to affect.
I would like to "mental fitness", also, a feeling that I am mentally strong and focused. I'm sure there are times when you feel like you "inthe area, "when you could think clearly and quickly. I have experienced this time and call them" mental fitness ".
"Relational Fitness plays an important role in our overall strategy," Life Fitness ". I try to surround myself with people I care for people who succeed and those that create something positive mine. I'm sure you'll agree that there are people in our lives that seem to drag down and make you feel drained emotionally and spiritually. I'm trying to weedout of my life.
I also have the "financial capacity". This is when you are financially comfortable. With this you do not have to be rich or live fancy, but do not worry about every penny and will satisfy all your needs. You can also have the opportunity to others, to bless the not so good. Personally, I find that you can bless someone more of the blessing that comes back to you.
"Spiritual Fitness" would be high on my list, if not the top.If I am the life of faith and dependence on God for guidance and provision, life seems easy go smoothly. I have more sense and self-esteem.
I think we should aim to reach a different "Life Fitness", a point where our body, mind, spirit, finances and relationships are all working together to one.
We all have a closer look at our "Life Fitness" and see if there are things we can do differentlytogether.
